Yes. Ask for an estimate on any job and we will write one up before the work starts. We build our estimates toward the high end of what a job could cost, so the final invoice from our Calgary shop should not bring surprises.
Some jobs, like complex repairs on older or heavily modified cars, cannot be priced exactly in advance. For those we explain what could change and give you our best estimate rather than a rigid quote. We would rather do the job right than rush it to hit a fixed number.
Our hourly rate sits below the industry average and below what most Calgary dealerships charge. As an independent shop we carry less overhead, and that saving goes to you.
We bill the time a job actually takes instead of the industry "book time", which often overstates it. If an older car turns up a seized bolt or a surprise along the way, that extra time goes into finishing the job properly, never into cutting corners.
Parts we supply carry their manufacturer's warranty. Original Porsche parts are covered for two years, and other OEM and aftermarket parts come with their maker's coverage, passed straight on to you. Our own workmanship is guaranteed for one year with unlimited kilometres, wherever you drive in Alberta and beyond.
Yes. You do not have to take a new car back to the dealership for routine maintenance. We service new vehicles to the manufacturer's schedule, keep your factory warranty intact, reset service indicators with factory diagnostic equipment for Porsche, and stay current with factory service bulletins.
While your car is still under warranty, we watch for issues that should be claimed before the coverage ends, and we work with Calgary's Porsche, BMW, Volkswagen and Audi dealerships when a warranty repair belongs with them.
