A customer bought a track-focused 993 that needed serious attention and wanted to make it truly his own: an RS Clubsport look, around 380 bhp, and a car ready for circuit days at Yas Marina. The red car in the first photos is where it started.
The previous 4.0 litre engine had cracked cylinders and signs of piston-to-valve contact, so we rebuilt it at 3.8 litres with a GT3 crankshaft, titanium connecting rods and bespoke Capricorn pistons and cylinders, then matched a handmade exhaust to the new powerband. The gearbox was overhauled with close-ratio gears and a billet reinforced differential cover after a torn clutch pivot boss was found. An RSR-spec roll cage was welded directly to the chassis, the body was painted Porsche Liquid Metal Silver with a Kevlar roof, and the interior was retrimmed in dark blue leather with custom 3D printed vents that clear the cage.
