One of just 44 Nismo 400Rs. The owner wanted factory-style updates in the spirit of Nismo’s R35-era upgrade kits, and our contacts in Japan sourced parts that are normally unobtainable, including full carbon charge piping only supplied through Nismo’s Omori Factory.

After measuring baseline output and checking the powertrain, we fitted a Nismo plenum without dropping the engine, R35 injectors, coils and MAF sensors in Midori Seibi MAF tubes, a Midori Seibi high-pressure fuel pump and fuel rail with an adjustable Nismo regulator, and a programmable Power FC in place of the factory ECU. The result was close to 50 whp more at the wheels with no loss of reliability or drivability, confirmed on the dyno.
